Beta terms

Access

Beta access is free and granted at my sole discretion. I may refuse or withdraw it at any time.

The games

The builds are unfinished and confidential. Install them for your own testing. Do not share the files or links, do not upload them anywhere and do not publish videos or reviews without asking first. Report problems to me; they are the whole point.

The 3D asset packs

• Original work (made by me): you may use these assets in your own games, free or commercial, with no royalties and no credit required. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the packs themselves, in whole or in part, modified or not.
• CC0 packs (made by others and released into the public domain, source and author named on each pack): CC0 terms apply to those files; credit is appreciated.

Nothing in the packs may be used to train generative AI models or to build a competing asset library.

No warranty

Everything is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Betas can crash, lose data and break your device settings: use at your own risk, preferably not on your only phone.

Your data

I keep your name, e-mail, the platform and motivation you gave, and a log of which files you downloaded and when (no IP address), only to run the programme. Ask me to delete it and I will.
